- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
- Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and intimate or sanitary goods, are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return

- Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Ship the Item: Securely pack the item and ship it back to us at the address provided. Please include the return authorization number.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
3. Refund Policy
Processing Refunds

4. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team.

- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
